The Beginning of Our Journey!

We kicked off operations on June 8th with 11 Contact Center Agents driven by the goal of delivering outstanding service while redefining industry standards. We rapidly expanded our operation with the inclusion of various departments.

Taking Flight with Telemedicine

Things changed with the introduction of our groundbreaking Telemedicine initiative – a patented telehealth technology enabling virtual agents to conduct remote eye exams for customers in our U.S. stores. This innovative service fueled our growth and broadened our reach. We expanded our operations and facilities, soaring past the 100-employee mark.
